INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups FUNYUNS® FLAMIN' HOT®
- 6 eggs
- 1 ¼ cups cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease 12 cups of nonstick muffin pan.
- Transfer FUNYUNS® FLAMIN’ HOT® Onion Flavored Rings to large resealable bag and lightly crush using rolling pin. Divide evenly among muffin cups; set aside.
- In blender, blend eggs, cottage cheese, cornstarch and salt until smooth. Add Gruyère; pulse to combine. Divide egg mixture evenly among cups.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan. Garnish with chives.
